LPP fashion posts PLN 918 mln EBITDA, PLN 1.7 bln adjusted EBITDA in Q3

Listed fashion group LPP posted PLN 918 mln (EUR 217.3 mln) EBITDA profit and PLN 1,707 mln adjusted EBITDA in the third quarter of financial year 2025/26, the company said in a quarterly report. Analysts surveyed by PAP Biznes had expected EBITDA at PLN 1.44 bln.

The group’s revenue amounted to PLN 6,141 mln (up by 17.8 percent y/y), while the market had expected sales at the level of PLN 6,114 mln.

The attributable net loss in the third quarter amounted to PLN 18 mln versus PLN 579 mln profit a year earlier. The company had warned that it would implement a write-off related to its former Russian unit Re Trading, with their combined impact on the consolidated and stand-alone net result for Q3 at approximately PLN 788 mln.

The net result for the third quarter after one-off events amounted to PLN 800 mln. The consensus compiled by PAP Biznes had envisaged the net result at PLN 653,9 mln.
